"I would like to rate this property 5 star based on my daughter's Birthday that was held at Tivash, Very special thanks to Mohit. As promised, the program went well, Decoration was too good, although the banquet is so spectacular that minimal decoration would be suffice. The location of the venue has ample of parking space that it can accomodate as much as 15-20 cars Food was delicious, quality and hygiene was well maintained. The baby car entry was outstanding and that smoky effect was like a cherry on cake. The staff was well mannered , very polite and helpful. However one thing that needs to be improved where I felt disappointed was with the Game coordinator, as the games were repetitive and was not up to the mark to grab everyone's attention. I felt the timing was bit shorter than I expected. For instance, no games were organised for adults. Apart from game coordinator, rest everything was 10/10."

"After visiting more than 12-15 banquets i decided to go ahead with The Tivash By Lotus Court Banquet hall. What an amazing overall experience I had. The food, the decor, the service, everything was so good i cant stop praising the place and the owner himself. All my guests were so happy about the food and the place that most of them personally came and shared their kind word of appreciation.mohit jii & Arun very sapotive person. I am highly satisfied to host my reception party at this venue."

"The banquet is very good, with a well-maintained environment and excellent facilities. The banquet staff is extremely courteous and helpful, making our birthday party here comfortable and enjoyable.The buffet was excellent for dinner. with every dish prepared to perfection. Special thanks to Chef for maintaining such high standards in the kitchen and ensuring outstanding food quality. I would also like to commends Akshay Banquet Manager for his attentive service and for taking care of every detail to meet guest needs.thank you for all team."

"This is a good place for extremely small gatherings (not more than 25, 30 at max). Services were good, we were constantly being served food and drinks and plates getting cleared. However, it happened twice that the server asked me whether he could clear the plate when I was literally eating...and I told him I am not done yet and he said 'Ok sir bo actually katori chahiye thi'. Like you can not say like that to a guest, like increase the no. of bowls 🤷. It's a pity that it couldn't handle even 25 guests' vessles. Food was appetizing and sub standard at the same time. In starters, the paneer was really good but the manchurian, dahi ke sholay and spring rolls were just average. The naan and missi roti, raita and deserts were good. Rice tasted fine. But the main course paneers were just too sweet, dal makhni tasted bland and the gobhi and something like mix veg was soo dry. The place has really good interior, chairs and tables were comfortable and decorations were good too. Suitable for very small functions like baby's birthday, some families get together etc with less guests. Will not recommend at all for office gatherings , party or friends meetup. Overall satisfied."
